The Indus Valley civilisation
The Indus Valley civilisation began in the 2500BCE.It was a really well-planned city as government had shelter against foreign enemies. The drainage system was complexed too as it was made large enough for men to go in and clear away any obstacle.Food was also stored for future use in case there could be a drought...etc.
The Indus people also had occupations like being priests, craftsmen, farmers and traders. For the priests they were to perform religious rituals.Craftsmen helped make pots, bronze tools and weapons. The farmers provided food for other people, and for the traders, they either bought or sold items to other people.
Seals from the Indus Valley were found by people today and the seals indicated the Indus Valley people had a uniform writing system. The seals had writings on them and they were also used as trading items.
